Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping:
Standard Shipping Rates will apply to all orders based off product weight.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been shipped a tracking number will be provided.
Custom coasters can take 6-8 weeks to ship depending on quantity order. Please keep this in mind when placing order to insure item is received by the date needed.
Custom made flags can take up 2-3 weeks to reach our customers. We will complete them as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our product.
3. Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order please contact us.
4. Delayed orders
Ck-Zads is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been shipped. If you product has arrived damaged, reach out to us and we may assist you.
